At Original Rock Designs, when it comes to water intrusion, it’s what's on the inside that counts. Original Rock Designs recognizes the stucco-mold issues of the day are real and must be addressed. To do so, we approach waterproofing from multiple fronts. First, we meticulously install our weather resistant barriers using the Original Rock Installation System^™, a proprietary method of best practices that meets or surpasses all pertinent codes. Second, we work closely with job supervisors and code officials to overcome project-specific waterproofing obstacles.

We have also worked with Cultured Stone® in the development of their required installation instructions. In fact, we are constantly researching the newest waterproofing methods and materials to stay on the cutting edge of waterproofing technology. This research has led us to offer two new lines of drainage plains. MTI Sure Cavity™ and Mortarairvent create a new level of protection by creating an air space in between the stone and the weather-resistant barrier. We do all this on the inside so you can enjoy the outside worry-free.
