She’s also in charge of recruiting and training employees; In the process of preforming her duties she ensures that everything is completed safely by promoting and enforcing health and safety rule guidelines.
Outside of the office Maria is a dedicated hockey and dance mom for her two girls. While everyone is in their activities Maria enjoys walking around her dog and having a nice cup of green tea. She’s also a fan of DIY Dollar tree videos.

Morgan is responsible for analyzing costs and preparing estimates of probable costs of material, labor and equipment; Based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications for possible jobs that are mostly residential and commercial organizations. He also promotes building and maintaining healthy and long relationships with vendors and clients.
He has high analytical skills which enable solutions or recommendations that meet required specifications for each job. He’s also passionate about Legos and videogames.

Zury oversees ensuring and providing office support. She maintains the calendar, orders and deliveries up to date. Providing guidance and support to schedule administrators ensuring that local data applicable to the production management; Completing multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines developing process improvements in order to boost efficiency and productivity levels.
Also Developing healthy relationships with vendors in order to achieve scheduling goals and deliveries. A great team worker who has an excellent communication in fluent English and Spanish.

Tony has significant day-to-day scheduling responsibilities. He creates and manages detailed schedules for each project, taking into account the availability of materials, equipment, and crew members. He works closely with the crew members to ensure that they understand the schedule and their individual tasks, and he communicates any changes to the schedule as needed. Tony is responsible for ensuring that the project stays on track and is completed on time, and he works closely with the crew members to identify and address any scheduling issues that arise during the course of the project. Tony is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the masonry crew. He assigns tasks to individual crew members, monitors their work, and provides guidance and support as needed.
Tony ensures that the crew is working efficiently and effectively and is responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed to ensure that the crew members work safely. He is the primary point of contact for the crew members and keeps them informed about the project’s progress and any changes to the schedule.

Mike Eckert’s Story
It all started when I was a kid; I remember helping my dad install stone on a chimney. Throughout college I worked in the family masonry company, and after graduating with a business degree I continued working there full time.
After a few years, we sold that business and I moved into product sales. I spent the next 4 years selling roofing, siding, and windows to local contractors. All the while I knew at some point I would go back out on my own.
I focused on the owners of the companies and their processes. I learned more about running a successful construction company during those four years than any college course could have possibly taught me. In 2002, I opened my own masonry company and still operate it today.
Throughout the last sixteen years, I’ve grown my crews in both commercial and residential to specialize in each service area we offer. We are constantly researching products and processes to improve the results for our customers. We now have dedicated crews for block, brick, natural stone, and manufactured stone so you get a team of experts to get the job done right.
Whether it’s residential or commercial, I’m 100% confident you will be happy with the end result.
